Whether it's backing up production workloads or restoring archived data in the event of failure, this offering ensures business-critical databases remain protected and recoverable.

Customer Engagement and Disaster Delivery Mechanism
- Discovery Call: We conduct an initial discovery session to understand the client's existing database architecture, RTO/RPO needs, compliance obligations, and pain points.
- Design & Architecture: We architect a backup and restore strategy using AWS-native tools tailored to the client's workloads. This includes data classification, backup frequency, storage tiering, and retention policies.
- Statement of Work (SoW): A formal SoW outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and resource plan is submitted for client approval and, if applicable, AWS APN funding submission (in progress).
- Implementation & Handover: Clowdy configures the backup system, tests restore processes, and provides operational documentation and handover to client teams or transitions to a managed service.
- Optional Managed Service: Clients may opt-in for ongoing monitoring, regular audit reports, incident response, and continuous optimisation under a managed services retainer.
